Thing 13 - Tagging

I can certainly understand how Tagging would work for individuals. Tagging could act somewhat like a folder for information that would not lend itself to folder gathering. But as a library system, I do not see how tagging could be advantagous. Tagging would create inconsistancy in storing information - no one would know where another person stored or tagged materials.
